When will your order be processed?

Your orders are handled and shipped out from our nearest warehouses, often depending on the products. Please allow some additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We usually processes orders between Monday and Friday.

Generally, orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from your order date and shipped the next day after it has been processed.

Please note that we might not ship our products on weekends. 

How long will it take to receive the order?

Once you finish placing your order, please allow around 2-3 business days for us to process it. 

After it's been processed, it usually takes around 12 -20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders, depending on your location. 

We will provide you with the tracking number once processed and you can sign up for notifications to be updated about your product delivery. 

Could I be charged for customs and taxes?

Our product prices are displayed as tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Generally, Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
